Major Systems Recap

Every NovaScope report includes a clear recap for the home's biggest systems — so you and your agent can see what matters without digging through pages of findings.

01

Foundation Recap

Visible movement, cracking, and drainage-related concerns, with overall context on the slab and foundation based on what's observable during the inspection.

02

Roof Recap

Covering age indicators, material condition, flashing, penetrations, and visible wear — with a clear note on whether further evaluation is warranted.

03

HVAC Recap

System age, condition, and performance at time of inspection. Filters, drainage, and distribution — summarized clearly without over-reliance on manufacturer specs.

04

Plumbing Recap

Visible supply and drain conditions, water heater age and condition, and any functional concerns identified at accessible points.

05

Electrical Recap

Panel condition, visible wiring, grounding, and GFCI presence — with clear notation of items warranting an electrician's review.

Buyer Bundle FAQ

Which bundle should I choose?
For most Texas buyers, the Texas Buyer Bundle is the right starting point — it covers the inspection plus WDI, which is commonly requested in Texas transactions. If the home was built in 1986 or earlier, or if there are visible foundation or drainage concerns, the Older Home / Foundation Bundle adds sewer scope and Zip Level and leaves nothing to add separately.
Is WDI / Termite commonly required in Texas?
WDI is often requested by buyers, agents, and some lenders in Texas real estate transactions. Whether it is required depends on your loan type and the terms of your contract. If you're unsure, check with your agent — but most buyers in Texas include it.
What if I want sewer scope but not Zip Level?
Both sewer scope and Zip Level can be added individually to the Base Inspection or Texas Buyer Bundle on the booking page. You don't have to take both — choose what fits your home's situation. If you want both, the Older Home / Foundation Bundle includes them and is typically the better value.
Do you inspect new construction?
Yes — new construction buyer inspections are available. For new-build homeowners who have already closed and are approaching the end of their builder's 1-year warranty, see the 11-Month Warranty Inspection page — that's a separate standalone service.
What is a same-day report?
Every NovaScope inspection includes a clear, readable report delivered the same day the inspection takes place — ready for your agent before your option period closes. The report includes a major systems recap and plain-language findings.
